While in Chicago last week, I had the pleasure of meeting a beautiful young woman, Mysti. Mysti turns sweet 16 next month! She’s a pitcher on her high school softball team and was nominated for the homecoming court this year. Many times over the last few days I’ve commented at how confident a young woman she was. I wish I had half her confidence at that age.

A flurry of activity this week! Tonight was the first of several portrait sessions scheduled over the next few days. I got Shannon’s maternity session done just in time; her little bundle arrived on Saturday (very early) morning. He’s a cute little bugger, too. Photogenic already and less than 4 days old!
This one looks like I’ve just told him the world’s funniest joke and he can’t control the giggles.

Had a lovely session early this afternoon with two of the cutest little boys & their equally adorable parents. They’re leaving on holiday for a week in just a couple of days, so I promised a quick sneak peak.
